Halloween Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 can (46 ounces) pineapple juice (divided)
  • 1 package of orange gelatin (3 ounces)
  • 1 carton (64 ounces) orange juice
  • 1 liter of ginger ale or lemon lime soft drink
  • 1 quart orange sherbet or mango sorbet

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, use 1 cup pineapple juice and bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in orange gelatin until dissolved. Let this cool. Once mixture has cooled pour into a large container. Add orange juice and remaining pineapple juice. Chill until ready to serve.
  3. Just before party, pour into a large punch bowl or drink dispenser.
  4. Add ginger ale or lemon lime soda and mix well.
  5. Top with orange sherbet or mango sorbet. 

Notes:

It's not always easy to find, but I prefer mango sorbet. Orange sherbet will do the trick if you can't find mango sorbet.
