Spring Break 2021

It was nice to escape to Florida for a little R&R. We usually have our “Go To” restaurants when we are in Orlando, but we decided to try something a little different. Columbia Restaurant is just outside of Disney in Celebration, Florida. The original Columbia Restaurant in located in the Ybor City neighborhood in Tampa, Florida. It is the oldest Spanish restaurant in the United States. It was founded in 1905. Known for their Cuban sandwich (Jim had one and gave it a big thumbs up) I had the most amazing crab stuffed shrimp.
