Another Tea Room? Yes, and Men like it too!

Jim and I decided to head to southern Indiana for a late summer getaway. Much like the Farmhouse Cafe in Bean Blossom this also has those girlie delights. Don’t let the word Tea Room fool you. Men like this place too, including my husband and a few other men that were dining this particular day. I had never heard of Commiskey, Indiana until a friend told me about this treasure. Located in Jennings County off of I-65 (well not right off of I-65) you’ve got a little drive in the country to get there. The farm has been in the same family for five generations. The brick house on the property was built in the 1820’s or 1830’s and is still used as a residence.

Did I mention that Stream Cliff has a winery? Their Fancy Philly is one of my favorites.

Your troubles seem to drift away when you stroll down this brick path at Stream Cliff.
