Mother’s Day Brunch

MAKE AHEAD EGG BAKE

Ingredients

Mother's Day Make Ahead Egg Bake
  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French Fried Onions

Instructions

  1. Fry sausage until crumbly and brown; drain well. Add remaining ingredients except French Fried Onions and mix well. Stir in 1/2 can of onions. Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes longer. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
